Technical Support

 

The Integrator Technical Support group is available to assist you with using Integreator. If you have any questions that cannot be answered by using this printed documentation on On-line Help, call, fax or e-mail the Technical Support group with your question. Before contacting Technical Support, please have the following information available in order for the help line staff to better assist you:

  • The Integrator program and version you are using. Choose Help | About... from the menu bar to display program and version information.
  • What type of hardware and operating system you are using.
  • The exact wording of any message(s) that appeared on your screen.
  • A description of exactly what it was you were trying to do.
  • A description of exactly what happened when the problem occurred.
  • Details of how you tried to solve the problem.
  • Make sure that you identify this as a Technical Help request.

When you make a phone call to the help line, you should be at your computer and have the appropriate documentation at hand. The help line staff member will try to duplicate your actions in order to best determine how he/she may help you.
